She is also the winner of numerous journalistic awards, both Ukrainian and international. In particular, she is a scholarship holder of the Václav Havel Human Rights Prize for the 2013–2014 academic year (a joint programme of Radio Liberty and the Czech Foreign Ministry). Several investigative journalism competitions have been won by her. She also belongs to the international network of investigative journalists organised by the Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCRP) and won the Oleksandr Kryvenko award for progress in journalism.

In 2017, she received the Light of Justice Award.

Nataliia Sedletska comments on the honour:

“This prestigious award is a significant expression of support for me and a new source of creativity for my work. The corrupt system does its best to squeeze out dissenters. So let me dedicate this award to all my colleagues and like-minded people who continue to fight and do not give up, despite the huge pressure.”
