Coordinator of forest protection at the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Ukraine and head of the Forest Guard project. Working in environmental non-governmental organisations in cooperation with the US Forest Service and Interpol, he was engaged in identifying and countering illegal logging, developing public control over the activities of the forest industry, improving communication between foresters and the public, as well as introducing modern foreign approaches to forestry in Ukraine.
In 2019, he received the Light of Justice Award.
